Security Updates and Support
Certain JLab products may receive firmware or software updates through the JLab App.
Products supporting firmware updates may receive support and updates for a defined support period from product launch.
Support periods may vary by product category and functionality.
Some JLab products do not support firmware or security updates.
Device Security and Authentication
JLab products do not use universal default passwords for device access.
Bluetooth pairing utilizes standard industry Bluetooth protocols and is not considered user-defined authentication.
