From the above reviews, the LEFT earbud seems to be a common problem. I just purchased your AIR Executive earbuds 2-20-21. Initially, they both worked right from the start. Then I started using the right earbud only and now the left one refuses to work. The right earbud works perfectly. I can hear voice prompts in the left but that’s all no music. (I have not used it for phone calls yet.) Is there a home remedy or do I need to take them back to the store?

I bought jbuds air executive true wireless. Charged the earbuds and connect to my phone. The left earbud doesn’t want to turn on, I’ve watched the video and the manual guide. Still doesn’t turn on.

Thank you, however, I (regrettably) went through the retail store I purchased them. I don’t like them at all, but they were in stock and I was to excited to wait. I wish I would have. I won’t ever go there again and it wish it could exchange for the epic and pay the few bucks more. Actually I wish I had entirely dealt with JLabs from the beginning.
I’ve been a customer for only a few weeks and I haven’t spend much with you, yet I received the best service possible (and I frankly didn’t believe existed anymore) from a company that creates innovative products that do better than most at what they do.
Thank you Team JLabs! I know companies try hard at this, but you guys are the1st to make me feel like I matter. I feel seen in av world where most don’t even bother looking.

I purchased a pair of JLab Air ANC earbuds. Mainly for the audio passthrough (be aware) so I can hear my coworkers. My coworkers consist of my boss and his father. So when I say I’m low man on the totem pole, there no doubt. I’m always the one at fault when things go wrong. Despite what actually happens, it’s what the boss father tells him happens that matters. I’ve found that battle is not worth the effort. Anyway, I still can’t hear them if I’m playing something (mainly the dad). Is there any way to get these to boost up? I had one earbud go bad and JLabs graciously offered to replace them, but I did not want to wait so instead of the credit JLabs offer, I took them to the retail store(they have the worst customer service and questionable ethics for a nationwide retailer but it was convient)
I keep getting off topic. Is there any possible way to improve the Be Aware function? I love these earbuds but I wish I would have gotten the epic version for the in app features.

Just got my epic sport ANC. When I use one earbud, the sound quality is like talking with speaker ON at other end.
With both earbud weared, the sound quality got much better, but volume is lower at other end, compared with single earbud.
To sum up, the calling sound quality is not good enough. Hope future update can correct this issue. Otherwise it’s perfect earbud!
I brought the airplay and the EpicAir ANC .the airplay dual mic works great but the more expensive EpicAir has a problem anyone I talk to can’t hear me only the background I’m trying to understand what’s going on. I love the product but for the money the call quality is bad the airplay is much better. So I use the airplay to talk and the EpicAir anc for music .
Sometimes I like to use 1 ear bud to talk but the only one I can use it the right and never the left , is something wrong with the left And the left is not pairing up as it should.
Hey Juan, the pair of earbuds you probably have does not have dual connect. Dual connect allows you to use both buds independently of each other. -JLab Audio

I just want to say that I’m extremely happy with both my GO AIR and AIR EXECUTIVE earbuds , they both offer excellent sound and convenience with the total control with the touch controls … my only wish is that the AIR EXECUTIVE also offered the " dual connect " feature !! I mean really ,every pair of TWS JLabs makes should offer this. Just food for thought .
