Amazing Product- Just needs more accompanying info.

The price point on these is really great and the functionality is amazing. i am a little disappointed in the documentation of how they work, however. I've had to do much of my discovery by trial and error...even the website gives surprisingly little direction.

Question: what is the outer diameter of this IEM's nozzle? I have compact ear canals, so most IEMs are uncomfortable to use...but these look absolutely lovely, if they'll fit.

Question: Can we purchase the microphone (boom stick portion) alone / separately? I ask because while I like the product I unfortunately misplaced the original mic, and would not like to buy an entirely new set for this reason alone.

This product does not come with a charger/wall adapter. The power delivered by the charger must be between min 2.5 Watts required by the radio equipment and max 5 Watts to achieve the maximum charging speed.

Is the boom mic adjustable/detachable on these work earbuds?

Yes, the Work Buds’ boom mic is completely adjustable and can be fitted to your comfort and attached/detached from either ear bud. You can also solely use the Bluetooth earpiece while the other ear bud is charging.

Can I mute the boom mic while i'm on a call?

The boom mic can be muted through your device settings.

Can I answer and end a call with my work earbuds?

Yes, to answer a call tap your ear bud once. To hangup on a call press and hold for one second.
