When I got the headphones I though they have noice cancellation and my right headphone is not working only one left is working

Is there supposed to be a staticky sound while using? I just got these and have done the burn in based on the App but there’s always a static sound while I use them.

Can you use these one at a time, while the other is in the case? Or do they both need to out of the case to function?

You may use a single bud at time but can't use the default tap settings on the solo bud for all controls. You can customize these tap features on our JLab app. For any further questions or concerns feel free to email us at support@jlab.com

The JLab apps provide 2 pre-set EQ setting (one is the signature tuning) and a custom EQ. However, when I use the custom EQ setting and make the responding curve EXACTLY matching the signature preset EQ, the sound quality and overall sound stage are still totally different from the preset one. Is it a bug and could you fix it? I like the sound stage of the signature EQ but want a bit more fine-tuning over that, the custom EQ in this case totally useless because it can never reproduce the similar sound stage even matched the same responding curve.

The JLab Signature, Balanced, and Bass Boost modes are tuned externally using DSP software, while the Custom EQ is managed by the product's internal software. Because of these different implementations, they cannot be perfectly identical. We are working on future updates to better align these frequency representations.
