Earbuds
So far I love ve them I just think I should have got the mini other than that they've been great

Volume down on buds doesn't work
Reccived the JBUDS AIR ANC today. Had to be charged first to turn on. Everything works exept when you go to single tap the left ear bud to turn down the volume, it dosen't volume down. I have to go to my phone to turn the volume down. Never had a complaint about he products until now.
Earbuds Air Anc
I am very disappointed with the airbuds because the time I purchased this to till date i was not able to connect my earbuds and when it got connected only one side was working.
Not connecting or resetting
I purchased these yesterday as I have with many other products and never had issues but I cannot get these to connect or reset. I have loan for years now but and know how to find the manuals and reset them but these are not taking the reset. I have fully charged them and they stay at low battery. Not sure what's happening I need help. Thanks

I just reset my earbuds and there is no blue and white flashings so I can connect them to my devise...what do I do?

The JBuds air buds worked for a while, then suddenly only one side OR the other would bluetooth connect to my iPhone when I followed the "first time set up" instructions.. I tried many times to disconnect and reconnect by carefully following the instructions, If the right bud worked, when i tried to connect the left bud, the right bud would disconnect. If the left connected, when I tried to connect the right, the left would disconnect.

So I opened the box and tried to turn on the earbuds but they didn't turn on so I thought that they needed to charge. I left them in the case plugged into my xbox, the next day the same thing, they would not turn on i tried everything in the startup guide i even tried to se the full user manual on the website but there is quote "no manuals available." So my questions are why will they not turn on? And why do you not have any manuals for the jbuds air anc?

does this product have tile compatibility, and if not why is it an option to activate tile on the tile app
