Mr
I have been using these headphones for almost 2 years now. They are great. Clear sound, great microphone and battery lasts 24 hours with 15 minutes quick charge. These are great for work / conference calls. Highly recommended.

Comfortable and connectable
Great headset for flexibility in handling phonecalls and online meetings. Comfortable, light weight, smart dual connection, connects simultaneously to phone and laptop. The sound is really good for a headset at this price level. On the negative side: They are quite wide and the USB-c Bluetooth dongle is small and i feel it's a risk that it will be lost somewhere when it's disconnected. It would have been smart with a placeholer where you can put it, when charging or using wired connection.

Hi. Thinking about buying this one, and a have questions about the use with usb dongle: when the headset is connected to PC with usb dongle, are we using bluetooth? Or this connectiong uses a different wireless protocol? Which one, if this is the case? Context: Bluetooth connections for wireless headsets tend to take down output audio quality when both input and output are needed at the same time (during a meeting call, for example). This behavior don't use to happen in other wireless protocols In my use case, i would like to keep the same experience if i'm in a meeting call or listen to other audio source, or maybe both at the same time, withou losing quality. Is it possible with this headset?
I just purchased a Go Work headset and connected it to my W11 laptop and iPhone. The latency is too big to be able to watchTV or Youtube, the lip syncing is terrible. I connected through bluetooth and through the dongle, but the latency stays bad (both on my laptop and my phone). What can I do to fix this? Thanks for your support.
Sorry to hear you’re experiencing latency problems with your Go Work headset. We've gone ahead and emailed you a couple troubleshooting tips to try and resolve the issue!
How can I answer calls with headset?
You can answer phone calls by pressing the Power button 1x.
Can the USB-C Dongle convert to USB? My work computer does not have a USB-C Dongle port. I thought this can be wireless with the desktop PC?
An adapter will function for charging the headset. It is necessary to ensure that the adapter supports both charging and data transfer for audio purposes.

The cord is approximately 40 in. The headset is compatible with a range of car entertainment systems, although compatibility may differ across various models.
