Cuts Out Every 5ft When Running

This is the 2nd set of headphones I have had from JLab only because I did a warranty claim on the first set. They are quite possibly the worst ones available. Before these I had a set of Black Web ear buds that lasted me 5 years before they wouldn't charge enough for a run. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this brand and especially this model. Would give zero stars if that was an option.

Amazing for price point

Versus the dupe I got for 8 dollars at 5 below, the sound quality of these is obviously better HOWEVER Five below beats Jlab in volume boost 100%. Still an amazing purchase though!

For JLab products with rechargeable batteries

This product does not come with a charger/wall adapter. The power delivered by the charger must be between min 2.5 Watts required by the radio equipment and max 5 Watts to achieve the maximum charging speed.

Place the earbuds in the charging case to power them off and start charging. The case has an integrated USB-C charging cable. Connect it to a power source. A blinking light indicates charging, and it will turn solid when fully charged.
The JLab Go Sport+ offers 35+ hours of total playtime. Each earbud provides up to 9+ hours of playtime on a single charge, and the charging case provides an additional 26+ hours.
With fast charging capabilities, you can get an hour of playtime with just 10 minutes of charging. For a full charge, place the earbuds in the case until the indicator light shows they're fully charged.
