Worst earbuds I've ever had

Wish I could give this a rating of no stars. I thought maybe since I've had a pair of older jlab ear buds that they would be better than others I've had. I took a chance and got these only to regret it using them in less than a month. Volume is horrible and definitely isn't my " new go to" as this website claims it will be. Trying to have music in your ear while driving and having the windows down? Nope.. not allowed. The wind effects the sound quality. Want to mow and just get it done? Nope.. the poor sound quality is horrible and you'll just be better without. These earbuds aren't worth the $29.99. They aren't even worth $5. Not to mention I wasted money on a square for the cord attached it since they don't include one or just make it like other chargeable devices. Glad I wasted money on something I won't even be able to use and enjoy.

Great features, but quality control and customer service leave something to be desired

I really hate having to give these earbuds a poor rating. I used a pair for a little under a year with no issues. The amount of features for the price is fantastic, but recently that pair broke. The hinge failed. I decided to get another pair, but the battery was running out much more quickly than my other pair. I reached out to customer support and didn't hear back. I ordered another pair. the hinge failed after a few days of normal usage. Again, I sent an email to customer support and never got a response. I sent them a third message a few days later since I hadn't heard back and still haven't gotten a response about a week later. I really wanted to give these a good review, but the customer experience is more than just the products features. It's the customer support and quality control too, and sadly jlab is really falling short in those aspects. These earbuds have great features, but it's a tossup whether or not they will work properly when you get them and if so, for how long.

What does a flashing purple light mean when charging? Also, why won’t my earbuds charge in the case even after 2 hours of charging the case

I didn’t get the foam tips when I got mine and how do you clean them
