How nice of a buy for myself. A real treat, along with a raspberry pi 4. This should be fun, and if I don't like it, then there's the receipt stack I have to return stuff!

Decent alternative to Logitech

Wave/Flow style keyboard is comfortable and setup is plug & play. The width of the keyboard itself feels a bit narrow/compact compared to other similar models. Instructions for how to use all of the functionality are not included in the box and need to be looked up online, which is overly complicated for a keyboard/mouse combination. Overall it's a good setup but JLAB could have made the operation more straightforwards.

Does this need to connect to the internet to be used? I'm no longer buying Logitech products(and searching for replacements) ever since I had a similar product to this one from them, which one day was updated to no longer work without being logged in to an online account (despite being otherwise functional). If this requires internet to manage the devices and other setting then that's a deal breaker. Also is it bundled with AI? Because I am concerned about AI spyware being baked into a device like this. If it's just a configurable button, I understand.
