Keyboard failure
LOVED the keyboard until time to charge and it would not charge. Sent in a troubleshooting request. Product is registered, but because I do not have the original receipt from months ago, I have to send in a video of the keyboard being submerged in water, in order to receive a replacement.
Not satisfied... Returned...
I’m extremely dissatisfied with this keyboard. I reached out to support by submitting a ticket, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any response. The lack of customer support has only added to my frustration. The keyboard was advertised as having quiet keys, but that’s far from the truth. The keys are noticeably loud, making it unsuitable for quiet environments. Additionally, key programming is only possible when using the included dongle, which is USB-C only. To make matters worse, no USB-A adapter was provided, which limits compatibility with many devices. What ultimately sealed my disappointment was the absence of basic yet essential keys like Home, End, and Delete above the arrow keys. These are standard on most keyboards, and their omission makes navigation and editing tasks unnecessarily cumbersome. Overall, this keyboard has been a huge letdown, and I can’t recommend it to anyone looking for a functional and quiet typing experience.
Really nice tactile(Brown) switches
These are one of four tactile switch designs that are actually pretty great!
It's Growing on Me Nicely!
I picked up a new Jlabs Epic Mechanical keyboard in conjunction with my purchase of a new Dell XPS laptop. I wanted a keyboard I could attach via Bluetooth without "wasting" a limited resource like a USB port that the dongle demands. I flat out LOVE the mechanical keys. You just feel FAST typing on it. BUT, there's the flipside ... all the non QWERTY keys (i.e., the number pad, the speciaily functions like toggling the Insert function of / on. I've figured out how it all works ... it just isn't quite burned into my fingers quite yet.
Learning to Love It!!!
I just upgraded my laptop to a machine that only has a limited # of USB-C ports - and wanted a keyboard that connects via BT. I stopped by my local Best Buy - and after laying hands on several - decided I liked the feel of the Jlab Mechanical keyboard best. I've only been using for a day - so I'm still getting used to the layout (it's a little different than the Logitech stuff I've been using for years.) It was easy to get paired - and is very space efficient. So far, I like it alot. I like the multifunction volume knob! The round knob is kind of anachronistic ... but, the more I use it - the more I like it! I was just visiting the JLAB web site to learn more about the function keys ... and how to program the "programmable" keys. Happy to discover that the documentation I was looking for was so easy to find. It's my first JLabs product - so far I'm impressed!

What is the equivalent of the "End" key on this keyboard? I use its function a lot in Excel.
