Sounds great
The ear buds were easy to pair and sound great. Love the wireless charging and one touch controls.
Good, but not impressed
I only bought these because of the significant sale offer, and I thougtht why not. I have been really happy with other JLab items I own (keyboard, mouse, cam). After a couple days of use, honestly, they are no better than my Raycons that are half the price when it comes to sound and noise cancelling abilities. I was impressed with the study charging case. I appreciate the multiple cushion options. I never have issues with a snug fit, but the variety is nice. Pairing was a diaster. My devices (iPhone and laptops) would NOT find the earbuds, even when turning off all other potential bluetooth devices nearby. For each device, I had to repeat the reset process to make it discoverable, and I even had to repeat that 2 to 3 times. They serve their purpose, and I will continue to use them. It's handy for me to have an extra pair of earbuds available, but they are not worth $200+.
fantastic
great product overall. would recomend for higher priced headphones. very sturdy metal case
Amazing
Haven't used these for long however I will say the dual drivers work amazingly honestly never heard smth this good previously used jlab ANC 3 which was also amazing but noticed on bassier songs the treble and kids were literally shaking as if the single driver couldn't handle it so I bought these.

Can they be used independently?
If I connect my ear buds via Bluetooth then connect them to a different device using the USB dongle if I go to pull them out without using the dongle will it still connect to the device that was connected via Bluetooth
I am interested in these but I want to know what is the small accessory in the middle that looks like it connects to a type-c port? How is that used?
The accessory in the case is a USB C dongle. You can connect it with your device that supports it for instant connection rather than Bluetooth.
Hi there, I was wondering if these could be used as hearing aids? Thank you.
These are not intended to be used for hearing aids. For any other questions or concerns please reach us at support@jlab.com
Do these work via dongle with ps5? I’ve heard that not all dongle-connected earbuds do
The PS5’s USB ports feature different connection speeds which may or may not be compatible with the dongle. This is a console we have yet to test with the Epic Lab.
