Balky and Cranky

Have to hit the keys really hard for keyboard to activate.Or hit twice. And even then it often doesn't respond..key delay so you miss strokes and have to go back. No place that I can find to adjust the key pressure? No real support. They keep sending you to app but connection to dongle doesn't hold. If it even connects. To bad because I like the feel when it works. Probably going to end up in the trash.

Love this Keyboard

Love ths keyboard. Just the "End key" is in a different place to what I am used to to and this trips me up, but sure I will get used to it. Also the "Browser Button" tripes me up also and should be disbsabable in the app settings. Beside that this keyboard is absolutely top notch and as good as keyboards 3 times the price

I am unable to type on my keyboard. Yes it's connected, I am able to push buttons such as the hone button and it works but no keys such as letters and numbers. Help please

I have a Microsoft Bluetooth mouse. When I install the keyboard the mouse freezes. How do I resolve this?

There could be a couple reasons this may be happening. Please reach us at support@jlab.com so we can troubleshoot and resolve! We'll need to pinpoint whether this is a PC issue or the keyboard itself.

How do I know if the battery is charging? Epic keyboard battery light has started flashing red with each keystroke even when plugged into a charging block. (The USB-C cord works fine with other devices.)

You will see the LED turn green on the top left indicating it's charging. It will turn red when its charge is low.
