Excellent Webcam

At first it was not connecting. I then bought a proper USB to USB-C connector for my Mac Mini. I then disabled the built-in camera on my PC to get it to work there. It is just what I wanted for both devices.

JLab Epic Webcam not working

I ws excited to purchase a JLab Epic Webcam for my Mac Mini and My windows 11 PC. However it is not connecting to either device and I have Bluetooth enabled also. Very disappointed!!

Disappointed

I set up my Epic USB Webcam yesterday. The picture and spund were great. I could manually adjust the lighting but the manual zoom did not appear to work or make any difference at all. I joined a Microsoft Teams meeting for the first time today. The other participant could hear me fine with the microphone, but I couldn't turn on the camera so that they could see me, even though the blue light was on, showing it was working. The fault was probably mine, although I couldn't identify the error. I could not maually activate the camera. Disappointing.

It’s great

It's a big upgrade from my last webcam. It's super clear. I haven't tried the microphone but the webcam itself is great
