Active Noise Cancelling

Lab offers a collection of both ANC and Hybrid ANC products. Active Noise Cancellation (Feedforward ANC) uses a single feedforward microphone on each side to detect outside noise, then generates an opposite soundwave to effectively cancel it out, allowing you to hear your audio clearly. This versatile ANC can be used anywhere, from bustling city streets and noisy plane engines on flights to lively fitness centers filled with talkative workout buddies and clanging equipment.

Hybrid ANC

Hybrid ANC takes this a step further, combining feedforward ANC (which uses an external microphone to capture outside noise before it reaches your ears) and feedback ANC (which uses an internal microphone that listens more closely to what your own ears would hear). This hybrid approach, combined with an additional noise reduction algorithm, provides an exceptional noise-cancelling experience suitable for seasoned travelers.

Be Aware

Allow outside noises in with Be Aware Audio. Featured in select JLab products, this technology allows outside ambient noise in through the earbuds. Triple tap either earbud to turn on or off. Now phone calls feel natural and you stay aware to hear surrounding sounds during a run. Don't worry, your music will still sound clear!
