How can these be used on an airplane?

You can use Bluetooth to connect to your phone, tablet, or laptop. Please note, Bluetooth is typically allowed in airplane mode once the plane reaches cruising altitude but always follow airline crew instructions!

are these sweat-resistant?

The JBuds Lux ANC headphones aren’t sweat-resistant. However, you can still gently clean them by using a slightly damp cloth (like microfiber) to gently wipe down the earcups and headband. Avoid getting moisture into the speaker grills or charging port.

The left side of my headphone is not working and I'm not all that sure what to do about it. I already did a factory reset and that didn't fix them.

I had a pair of Skullcandy headphones that I was able to connect to my laptop not with a esb-c cable but the one like for aux do your headphones have the same feature?

The JBuds Lux headphones are designed to work specifically with a USB-C to USB-C connection and do not support aux (3.5mm) input.
