MrBeast x JLab Gaming Sweepstakes OFFICIAL RULES

ELIGIBILITY: The JLab x MrBeast Game On Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry. Employees of JLab Brands ("Sponsor"), MrBeast ("Administrator"), and each of their respective parent, subsidiaries, divisions, trustees, franchisees, participating vendors, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and affiliated entities, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible (collectively, including Sponsor, the "Sweepstakes Entities"). 

HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on Friday, May 2, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET (the "Entry Period"). There is one (1) way to enter: 

To enter, visit https://www.jlab.com/pages/mrbeast-game-on-sweeps and follow the instructions to complete the online form, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, and any other required information. After submitting your entry, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. You must submit your entry no later than Friday, May 2, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON PER CALENDAR DAY. 

HOW TO WIN: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about Monday, May 5, 2025. The winner will be notified by email or phone and must respond to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within two (2) days of being contacted, they will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. 

PRIZES: Grand Prize (1 winner): 

  • A collection of JLab products valued at $300 

  • A collection of Feastables chocolate valued at $300 

B. THE TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES IS: $600. 

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If the prize is unclaimed or rejected, it will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. 

PRIVACY POLICY: Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant's participation in this Sweepstakes will be used by the Sponsor, Administrator, and their affiliates, agents, and marketers in accordance with: Sponsor's privacy policy, located at https://www.jlab.com/policies/terms-of-service, and with Administrator's privacy policy, located at https://mrbeastfeastables.com/privacy-policy.
