Rated 2 out of 5 by Anonymous from Phenomenal while it works. I bought one of these for my wife to use in her car because speakerphone in the car is always a terrible choice. The call quality and clarity are amazing. Truly. Also, this is just a single earbud which is the ONLY legal way to use earbuds while driving. Unfortunately the earbud ceased working after only a couple of months, and that was with occasional use. I will likely buy another due solely to the fact that while it works it's fantastic, and it's a great deal price wise. These would easily be a five star product if the longevity were there... but sadly, it's not. Hopefully the next piece will last.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Great for those Deaf in One Ear I have not found any single ear headphones with the sound quality of these JBuds. The control button is huge when listening to books or music so I can pause and resume easily. And I don't have to set my iPod and iPhone to convert to mono nor worry that mono goes into the wrong channel - i.e. my deaf ear. It's small enough, light enough and secure enough that I can wear it while working out and doing chores without problems. Not a huge fan of the new smaller less secure lapel clips and wish there was a expanding foam tip option. Otherwise, nearly a perfect product for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Cheri from Comfortable and clear audio I bought a new cell phone and needed a comfortable single ear bud. I chose this one and glad I did. The ear piece is so much more comfortable and not irritating at all like my old one. The angle of the ear piece is angled and fits in ear easily and does not keep easing out. I spend 3 or 4 hours talking to my daughter several times a week and my ear no longer hurts through the last half of the conversation. It's sound is clear and I have no problem hearing perfectly. The price is good, the design and quality is great. I did deal with the customer service and they were awesome. Hard to find in today's world for the most part. So that is another plus. I love this product and will keep this site favs for other purchases in the future.

But I also could never could find an earbud with a descent mic. Saw these with a pro mic and a single bud, so I bought to try. This is the best for my use, and the mic makes it very clear to others. Lost my original and was bummed they were out of stock. As soon as there were available, I bought two. Thinking I should buy a couple more, as I do not think they could be better.

I have used these for years... and caused many friends and family members to depend on jlad's superior quality and design Never having to hold my phone keeping my hands free to accomplish EVERYTHING AND KEEP AN EAR OUT ON EVERYTHING AROUND ME. ..Since jlab's single earbud model is currently unavailable, I have had to resort to purchasing another brand, though the sound quality is good it's braided cord is disturbingly bulky. PLEASE BRING BACK MY BUD!!!!

I find it more convenient and considerate when one ear us available while driving and having a conversation in public. Plus, you never have to deal with an extra bud dangling or getting tangled. GOT ALL MY FRIENDS ADDICTED TO THIS BUD!!! ALWAYS A GREAT CONNECTION!!! ALWAYS A SPARE IN MY INVENTORY!!! Hands Free FOREVER!!!

I never have to hold my phone when I'm talking, which allows me to keep working, driving, etc. I am also still able to hear ambient noise if necessary. The voice quality, both for my listener and for me, is superior to using an iPhone without the earbud. Everyone I've shared these with becomes an instant addict.

I'm a building contractor and the chaos around me is endless. I can both hear perfectly and be heard perfectly. Working at home, I've listened to countless hours of podcasts on a small Walkman. I have no idea what I'd do if they stopped making these...
